Blowing kisses

We've tried for the longest time to get Jack to blow kisses, but he never seemed interested until recently. He hasn't figured out yet that he's supposed to make a kissing sound, but at least he's doing the hand motion fairly well. I don't know what the deal is with the snarly face he makes after blowing a kiss.


This picture is a bit dark, but here's Jack and Andy at the playground across from our house. It had been shut down for construction since July and was supposed to be ready in October, but it didn't end up getting finished until last week. It was really a bummer for Jack and all the neighborhood kids to be without a playground for the whole summer and fall. They're loving it now, though, at least when it isn't too bitterly cold outside! It really is a cool new playground--beats anything I ever had as a kid!
